30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We are confident in the quality and reliability of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of your purchase price. Shipping charges are non refundable. You are also responsible for return shipping costs.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required for all returns.

You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within our return policy period. Aileron Designs will not accept returns without an RMA number and materials will be sent back on sender's expense. RMAs are valid for 15 days, within which the return must be received by Aileron Designs.

Please send an e-mail request to “returns@ailerondesigns.com” to submit your RMA request.  Subject line must state “RMA Request” .  Include product description and a copy of the web sale confirmation.  For our benefit also include a brief statement as to the reason for your return.  You will receive an RMA number via email message. Please include display of the RMA number prominently on your package and include a printed copy of the email message inside your package.

All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for using reputable carriers that are capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customers agree to bear risk of loss for the product during return shipment. No COD or Freight collect returns will be accepted by Aileron Designs.

Physical Damages to any product will void the product's warranty and eligibility for return. Modifying a product in a permanent way is considered as physically damaging the product and will void the product's warranty. A product cannot be returned under these circumstances. It is our policy that all returned products must be in new condition (no physical damages). We feel that this gives everyone a fair test of the quality of the product.

Refunds

If purchase transaction was completed through Amazon Payments, your refund will be issued as a credit in the same manner original payment was made.  If payment was made directly to us, either a refund to your credit card will be made or alternatively refund check will be mailed to you at the original shipping address. We will notify you by email when this has occured.  Please allow 15 days

Shipping Policies

State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the State of California.

SHIPPING FOR PRODUCTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Most of our products and accessories are charged a flat rate for domestic (USA) shipping unless otherwise specified.  A single order entails one shipping fee regardless of how large or small your order may be.

•    Ground Shipping - $9.95 (normally takes 3~5 days)  Most orders are processed and fulfilled by Amazon immediately following online transaction.

•    International & US Territory Shipping – US Post Office Rate + $10 convenience fee. You will be responsible for any duty charges by your country.  Please note all international orders must be made in US currency and placed by credit card.  Contact us via email for quote prior to purchase.


Shipping Policy

We use our best efforts. In general, credit card orders are shipped within 3 weekdays following the receipt of your order.

For orders damaged during shipping- please write "Return To Sender" on the package and give it to your local postman or UPS carrier. Then email us at returns@ailerondesigns.com or visit our Return Policy for more details.

Ordinarily orders are shipped USPS Mail or UPS and should arrive on shipping option days from the order date. Please remember, once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival, but we will do everything we can to help you get your order to you promptly.

The shipping fee is a fee that is paid to the shipping company, not to Aileron Designs, LLC.  Therefore all shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. For more details on return shipping visit our return policy
